Zobe Pay supports Mastercard and Visa cards from major banks. To check if your bank is supported, see Supported Banks.

If your card isn’t on our supported list, you can create a Curve digital card in just minutes. With Curve, you can link almost any Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or even UK PayPal account. Once your Curve card is paired with your ring, all the cards you’ve added to Curve will automatically work with the ring. Curve is available to users in the EEA (European Economic Area) and the UK.

How to set up:

1. Select your preferred size and place an order
2. Download Zobe Mobile App (iOS 13.0 or later / Android OS 5.0 or later)
3. Follow the on-screen prompts on the mobile app to connect your ring and activate your payment card

I don’t know my size:

If you are not sure about your ring size? Use the Size Chart to determine your ring size at home. Alternatively, you can consult a jeweler to determine your accurate sizing.

Returns & Warranty:

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused rings in original packaging.

If you order the wrong size, we can offer you a replace at no extra cost. We will however charge you an extra fee to cover the cost of shipping and handling.

Each Zobe Ring includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
